Requisitos e Qualificações

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who brings energy and expertise to the classroom. Here’s what we value:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (English major) or a recognized teaching qualification with an English focus.

• At least 3 years’ experience teaching the Cambridge Curriculum or a similar international curriculum.

• Proven experience teaching English to beginners; experience with adults is a plus.

• Fluency in English and Changana; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues in a diverse community.

• A team player with a flexible mindset, ready to adapt and inspire.

• Familiarity with IGCSE standards and a commitment to fostering student growth.

• Ability to teach additional subjects like Geography or Business Studies is a bonus!

As our English Language Tutor and School Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering transformative education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and delivering engaging English lessons for beginners and adults.

• Designing lesson plans and preparing materials aligned with the Cambridge Curriculum.

• Teaching primary and high school subjects, fostering inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking.

• Tracking student progress using data systems to ensure personalized learning.

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.

• Communicating effectively with parents and stakeholders about student achievements.

• Managing extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience.

• Supporting school routines, such as parent-teacher conferences and developmental assessments.

• Optionally teaching higher-level subjects like Geography or Business Studies to broaden student horizons.
