Requisitos e Qualificações

We’re looking for a talented individual who brings both skills and passion to the table:

  • Educação: Degree or equivalent in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experiência: At least 2 years in an administrative role. Bonus points for experience in stock control or utility management!

  • Habilidades Técnicas:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).

    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and independence in your work.

Detalhes da Vaga

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our Maputo office, ensuring everything runs smoothly while contributing to our conservation goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Stock Control: Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishments.

  • Document Management: Keep records organized and ensure compliance documents, including HR procedures, are always up-to-date.

  • Utility Management: Oversee office utilities (electricity, water) and ensure timely payments and accurate records.

  • Service Coordination: Arrange cleaning, gardening, and other services to keep the office running like clockwork.

  • Visitor Management: Implement sign-in procedures and maintain safety protocols for all visitors.

  • Procurement & Logistics: Source supplies, collect quotations, and support delivery processes with efficiency.

Your work will directly support BCP’s mission to conserve millions of hectares of forests and reduce carbon emissions, making a tangible global impact.
